If in stock, your order will usually be despatched via First Class Packet Post within 24 hours, and should reach you within 3-5 working days. Republic of Ireland orders may take longer. Out of stock items are normally delivered to our warehouse within 3-5 working days of your order being placed although this can take longer depending on stock availability at our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time you will be contacted.

All items are despatched via Guernsey Post's First Class Packet Post. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 14 days after you were notified of its despatch. Unfortunately, before this time we are unable to take any action.

It is your responsibility to check the delivery details you have entered onto the website. After you have registered your account you will be sent an email showing all information that you entered at that time. Please check these details are correct, amending them if they are not 100% accurate. During the ordering process you will also be asked to confirm your delivery address. If the address is not correct and the goods go missing in transit, liability will be with the customer. Where goods are returned by The Post Office as "undeliverable" a refund will be issued or the item can be resent to the correct address.
