How do I change my personal details?

Once you are logged in to your own account record, click on "Account Details" located at the top right of the screen. You will then be able to type in your new details where appropriate, and click "Update Account Details" when finished. As a security measure, you must provide you current password before your details can be updated.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into the site and then clicking "Order History" at the top right of the page. Here, you will be able to check the status of your current order, and also view any previous orders

My Order is "On Hold"; what does this mean?

When an order is "On Hold" it means that we have been unable to process your payment details successfully. There can be many reasons for this, perhaps something as simple as a mis-typed digit in the card number. You will usually be notified by email if your order has been held, but if not then please call us on 08707 66 34 66 Monday to Saturday, 8:00am-8:00pm so we can verify your details.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling a non despatched order

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please login to the site, go to order history and click "Cancel Order" for the relevant order. You will then be taken to a form to complete. Providing the order has not already been despatched, it will be cancelled.

Please note that once you have placed an order, provided the goods are in stock your order will normally be picked and despatched within 30-40 minutes.

Cancelling a Despatched order

Please check our Returns Policy if your order has already been despatched and you would like to cancel and return it to us.

Cancelling VOD products

As these services are digital in nature and delivered immediately there is no way to cancel or return these items.
